hi folks!
i have just joined this group. i became type 2 a year and a half ago.
i have struggled but i have now lost 65 lbs in weight - i eat healthy and
excercise healthy.
i have done a lot of research on this subject and believe i have help any one
who wants to know:
1. how to loose weight easily-i had vegetable soups with lentils/split peas - i
still do- take centrum 50+ daily.
2. i walk 1 hour daily- about 3- 4 miles.
3. I have cinnamon -1 teaspoon daily-it reduces bs levels by up to 30%
4. I have red tomatoes /raw onion to give me chromium(although centrum has it
too)
5. I believe we are not told enough about diabetes or the traditional medicine
can only go so far.
6. I am no longer on medication since 5 weeks now- my blood sugar levels are
normal
I invite any one for more info-i also invite any one with their own tips for
over coming this diabetes challenge we face.
i look for ward making friends with diabetes twye 2 for support and give
support.
