Thanks Nancy. I am trying. I have started fresh today. I am writing
everything I eat down in a journal. It helped when I first started. I too need
to loose some weight. My doctor started me on Lipitor for my high cholesterol,
but I hear this is part of diabetes. I have learned alot in classes. I will be
going to more classes soon. I was hoping to be weighting alot less by then, I
have lost some though.

I go to my first group meeting next week. Trying to get ahead start
on things, reading up here and there. The holidays must be very hard.
I to have to exercise, but that's fine I need to lose a bunch.
