Hi Bart,
It was a free sample from an advert on the Austrian Diabetic site, and that was
the first time I tried it (I live in Austria).
I had just one cup to drink after breakfast, and checked my blood sugar about
two hours later.
The advertising says that it can reduce blood sugar but I never expected it to
act so drastically.
You should make up a litre of the tea, and can drink it hot or cold throughout
the day, preferably after meals.
Will be seing my doctor in about two weeks for check-up, so will mention it
then, but will not try the tea again until then.
I thought maybe other people had tried it too, or held general opinions about
using natural or non-standard treatments.
They have a web site at http://www.charantea.com/haupt_IE/info1.html but the
English version is not yet available.
Regards, Phil

Howdy Phil,
Where did you purchase the Charantea? How often do you drink it? How soon
after you drank the tea that you noticed the lower blood surgar? What did your
doctor think of the results?
Bart
