This group was created in the intention of meeting others that have been affected by a brain aneurysm. About two months ago, my mother was given the diagnosis of a brain aneurysm. Her neurosurgeon performed a clipping procedure to secure her aneurysm. Fortunately, my mother has made steady improvements following her surgery. Nevertheless, since the unexpected diagnosis, my family and I have done extensive research to learn as much as possible about the origin, the recovery phase, etc. of brain aneurysms. However, text doesn’t substitute for those that are survivors, or that has been impacted by brain aneurysms.
If you’re a survivor of a brain aneurysm, or know of someone that is a survivor, I encourage you to please accept membership into this group. Relate the experiences you’ve encountered while recovering from your aneurysm. I intend for this group to be used as an informative platform to educate others about the possibility of a brain aneurysm, the methods that can be used to detect a brain aneurysm, and the treatments that are available. Further, this group will be used to offer positive comments and support to all that have and may become affected by this subtle condition.
***All comments, suggestions and questions are welcomed by members only. In order to be extended membership, interested ones must send email describing nature of aneurysm discovery and background in a broad sense; this procedure will be used to screen and to prevent unsuitable members from joining group. Please KEEP all content free from any type of offensive language, profanity, obscenity, or the like. Lastly, if any member would like to post, please send an email with the link of your posting and/or description of posting content.
