My TMAU test was compromised, I'm not quite some what that means but the lab
will pay to have me ship in a new one (Arkansas), the thing is I've been on
low-choline, using supplements for around a week now.

I have to see someone I haven't seen in a while, since before my symptoms got
very severe tomorrow and wed. so I plan to choline load afterwards.

Hopefully they'll bump mine up after I resend it and they test it sooner.

For short-term coverups of the breath what do you guys use. After I use
hydrogen peroxide to rinse and brush tongue I get this milky taste in my mouth,
which I guess is an improvement...

GOOD morning everyone,
I found breath Rx, works really well(see address below), I also use a tongue
scrapper and pull my tongue out with a paper towel to get the far back of the
tongue. I also use a waterpik three times a day and I focus on being hydrated
10-12 glasses a day of water or coconut water, herbal tea or organic broth.

I recommend the gum, mints and rinse at the address below, it works wonders. I
had no complaints at my last dentist visit!! YIPPEE!! Hope this helps

all my best
Thai
