why can't you just put in a request for your medical records from his office.my doctor is gone to i just payed to have my medical records sont to me so that i can give them to my current doctor now.

Hi,

I don't know what to do about this health club, they are still
demanding that I give them documentation of this condition. The
problem the doctor where I was orginally dianosed has died and I don't
have the money to get this all redone.

They haven't thrown us out yet, does anyone have any ideas because I
hate walking in everyday and stating why haven't I got the
documentation yet. Makes my self estimine go out the window.

Anyone got any ideas, I sure could use some help on this one.
