I run a half hour 5 days a week..At first when I started sweating I hated it because it made me smell wrost for about a month,not to mention my breath because the poison was coming up from my gut,and the sulfur was expelling from my lungs...Now sweat if good,but some people don't sweat at all and you still will burn poison fat and calories
