If it is okay to ask, what kind is it and how is it taken? I get multiple and disagreeing statements in the articles on the internet. Is it taken like a regular diuretic- orally? Is it taken once a day? Is it a lifelong thing- or just until the ICP is reduced? How long before she has to be tested to see if it is effective? And does it have the same side effects as other diuretics- not wanting to embarass anyone, but since we kinda don't know each other (and I don't know her name) from Adam, does it cause an overactive bladder everyday- or only for the first few days? Did she have to reduce liquid intake? My aunt takes a regular diuretic, but the one's for reducing the fluid in the cranial cavity seem like they work differently. Thank you if you can answer.

My fiance taking one, to compensate for the lack work on the part of her
shunt.
