Hello Rod, nice to meet you and welcome to the TBI suport group.  My name is Jennifer, i'm sure i was supposed to post this reply to the actual group thing but!?!  I also suffer from 2 TBI's from car accidents and all the hospital, rehab things as well.  It's a hard thing to deal with the head injury but gets easier all the time although I do have my moments when things are so fricking hard to deal with.  Welll, enough for now I will talk to you later, either on this group page and or thru emails!

Hello everyone. I am new to this group and just want to introduce
myself.  I was in a motorcycle accident last year and as a result
suffered tbi.  I spent 4 months in hospitals and nursing homes prior
to returning home late in june last year.  The past few month have
been challanging to say the least.  In addition to the injury I am
also a recovering addict (clean for 13 years) and have a tough time
sorting out what is the accident, what is the tbi and what is the
addiction.  Just now finally able to really start looking for the help
to really put things back into the right perspective and sort it all
out.
Once again, hello and hope to learn and share more.
