Hello my name is Darlene and my son-in-law had a terrible accident
causing severe brain damage. Right now he is better than a year ago
when the accident happened. He is unable to speak, can't walk unless we
are helping him and he has become very mean to his children! He has
grabbed there arms and squeezed then leaving marks and my daughter
cries because she nor I know why he is doing this! He has gotten to the
point where all he wants to do lay an the couch and smoke cigarettes.
When we try to explain to him that he is hurting the children he will
smile and this truely has become frustating to us. My daughter is
unable to spend time with the children like she would like to because
of my son-in-law needing 24 hour care. It has becaome truely hard for
my daughter and I to deal with this at times due to us being stuck in
the house all the time. It takes 2 people to care for him so if 1 of us
is here the other has to rush back incase he needs something. Will
someone PLEASE help our family someone to talk to or share stories of
frustration and how to get us through this it's tearing our family
apart! The above e-mail is mine my daughters e-mail is sambuca9@...

Thank You,
Darlene & Nichole
