Transplant_Friends is a world-wide group of people who have been helping each other deal with the far ranging effects of organ and tissue transplantation since July 1999.

Our group consists of transplantees, carers, donors and family members and offers friendship, understanding and support to kidney transplant, lung transplant, heart transplant, liver transplant, pancreas transplant, bowel transplant, and their partners, parents or friends on many levels.

While our group has members who are in the medical profession, we should not be thought of as a potential source of medical information. Those of you wishing to scan our archive of over 15,000 messages will be disappointed as the archives are closed except to approved research projects.
