Here's a recipe you might enjoy...
Fast Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 c whole wheat flour*
3/4 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon*
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
2 c milk
2 T honey*
3 T Olive Oil*
2 eggs
1 small apple, chopped, or ½ to 1 cup blueberries*
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, honey and oil.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Cook
on a lightly greased, hot griddle.
