implement the habits that create vibrant health. This is the
perfect gift for a loved one, or the way to start your New Year's
Resolution. We will be teaching these classes once a month, you'll
want to attend every one! If you're not in the Preston area, but
are nearby (Idaho Falls, Logan, Brigham City, Ogden, Twin falls,
Star Valley, etc), drop us a line letting us know you're interested
and we'll set up a class where you are. If you're not near us, drop
us a line letting us know you're interested and we'll teach you
personally via e-mail or phone. We're interested in your health!
