What can we do to protect ourselves and our family during the sick
season?
Keep a healthy diet
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Bathe with Healing Bath Salts
Apply Eucalyptus essential oil to the chest
In the morning take one drop of Spice of Life essential oil blend
before leaving home
Apply Peppermint essential oil to the feet
Apply Cairo Care essential oil blend to the back
Do the Liver Cleanse (Lemon and Peppermint essential oils)
Do the Parasite Cleanse (Mistletoe essential oil blend)
Keep your diffuser going
At lunch time add Thyme, Oregano, Basil, or Rosemary essential oils
to your water, salad, or drink
At night diffuse Lemon, Orange, Spice of Life, Eucalyptus, or
Rosemary essential oils
