Many of you have reported a new nasty illness going around.  I know several people who have already contracted it.  Dad came home with it last week, we did the normal stuff on Tuesday night, which usually puts him all well by Wednesday morning.  It didn’t!  It took us three days to knock it out (probably because we didn’t hit it hard enough Tuesday night, not knowing there was a super-nasty going round).  But, he went to work every day and really did quite well in spite of being very tired, having a fever, and coughing.  Mom and I even tried to get it from him, so it’s very contagious!  We found that you had to hit it hard with Defence, Spice for Life, and Raven Sara (those three should easily knock out most things by themselves, having to combine them means it was a nasty bug!)  Anyway, Dad got each in the am, then another dose when he got home from work and one more before going to bed.  I think we could have nabbed it faster if he would have had two more doses while at work, but he didn’t want to deal with that.  Mom and I each applied the oils to our feet or took them internally 4-5 times a day and didn’t get sick, but we sure felt close for a day or two (and hey! Nothing even tried to get me anymore!).
