Re: [TracesEssentialOils] diffuser

My favorite diffuser (the economy model that runs $39.00) has been out of stock with my supplier for months, but, I contacted them today and they are supposed to have these back in stock tomorrow (Friday) or Monday!  Yay!  I have a waiting list for these and my personal one just gave up the ghost yesterday!  So...give me a day or two and then I'll know for sure they're back in stock and be able to confirm the price is the same.  This model does not use diffuser pads, so if you get it then you don't need to buy any of those :-)

Oils for cold and flu season: you can check the library section of our website (www.TracesEtc.com) and look under newsletter and review October and November's 2009 newsletter to learn more about cough and cold and flu season.  You may also want to check out the Pandemic article in the health topics section.  But the oils you want to have on hand are:

Breathe Blend or Eucalyptus for respiratory challenges (I recommend body brushing with Eucalyptus daily during the cough/cold/flu season to keep your immune levels high

Spice for Life blend--take a drop every day to stay healthy, pretty much regardless of the season, anytime you're exposed to someone who is ill.

If you're high risk or work in an environment that makes you high risk you will want to add Guardian blend and Defence blend to your daily health maintenance (one drop of Spice of Life at breakfast will keep viruses at bay, one drop of Guardian at lunch will keep fungi away, and one drop of Defence before going to bed will keep bacterial infections from taking hold.

Another marvelous health tool is the Masaji nutritional drink.  It's great for everyone, but especially if you're high risk (diabetic, elderly, have immune system problems, asthmatic, etc).  It provides your body with the nutrition that it craves.  A nutritionally sound body is a healthy body.

One last oil that I've found is marvelous for those who always seem to come down with bronchitis or pneumonia is the Harvest blend.  It strengthens the respiratory system.

Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with, and I'll get back to you as soon as those diffusers are available!

Penny--

I'm finally ready to purchase a diffuser.  I think you told me earlier that the $39 diffuser is the one you recommended.  I want to buy some for Christmas gifts.  How many of the extra diffuser pads do you recommend getting?  Which oils should I purchase in preparation for flu season?    Thanks a bunch!
