What a lovely day. Fall is my favorite time of year. I hope your
day was as full and busy as mine. If you missed today's class, so
sorry, we had a fun time! If you would like to host a class and
have us come to your area (assuming you're somewhat near us, we'll
travel from Idaho Falls to Tremonton to Afton) drop us an e-mail and
we'll set up a time.
If you're not near us, be sure to listen in on tonight's essential
oil training call featuring Dana Young. The topic for tonight is
Thyme essential oil. The phone number is 4-641-985-0900, pin
7280125#, it runs from 7-8:00 pm MST. It promises to be a great
one! If you've missed any of the past calls, contact us to find out
how to access the archives.
Still in the back to school theme is this week's tip. Tests have
shown that studying while being exposed to the aroma of certain
essential oils help students remember the material better,
expeically if they again can smell the oil when taking a test. For
example, put an essential oil on a cotton ball near where you are
studying, then take a tissue or cotton ball with the oil on it, put
it in a small plastic bag, and take it out and rub it on the nape of
the neck, temples, or on the sleeve when you go to tak the test.
You want to use a different oil for each subject for best results.
Rosemary is said to help memory enhancement. Peppermint is used to
energize a sluggish body and promote mental clarity. (Several
customers use this to avoid caffeine).
