tip. Diffuse Spice of Life (Forever Young) or LeDeliverance
(Butterfly Express) before you send your children off to school, and
then diffuse Lemon essential oil (Forever Young or Butterfly Express)
when they return to get rid of any bugs they may bring with them.
This can be as simple as putting a couple of drops of the essential
oil in a bowl of warm water at the breakfast table, or near them when
they come home and stop for a snack.
