Wow, a newsletter at the first of the month :-) Cool!

First, before we forget---There will be a class this Tuesday (Oct 7) at our home
in Mink Creek, 1-3 pm, Weight Loss and Nutrition--what you really need to know
to lose those extra pounds. Cost $20.00 (or 3 classes for $40.00, or bring a
spouse or parent for 1/2 price).

If you noticed, there's a special for three classes for the price of two--yep,
we've got a ton of them scheduled! There is a class every Tuesday and Wednesday
in October starting Oct 14. Tuesdays are in Preston, Wednesdays are in Logan.
There is also an Anti-Plague tincture class thrown in Thursday, Oct 30 (in Mink
Creek)--that one is pre-register only because I have to order in the herbs.
