Traces, Enhancing your life with Essential Oils
www.TracesEtc.com

Yea! It's back to school and hopefully some semblance of structure
in our lives again. Diffuse Spice of Life (ForeverYoung) or
LeDeliverance (Butterfly Express) before you send your children off
to school, and then diffuse some lemon essential oil in the house
when they return to get rid of any bugs they may bring home with
them. This can be as simple as putting a couple of drops of the
essential oil in a bowl of warm water at the breakfast table, or
near them when they come home and stop for a snack.

LeAcknowledge, from Butterfly Express, is a blend that may help
relieve feelings of insecurity, or inadequacy, and helps create
feelings of enthusiasm for new things.

I Vision, from ForeverYoung, helps restore feelings of faith in the
future, emotional strength, passion, drive, and overcoming fear.

Either of these might be good choices to try as you start the new
school year.

Tests have shown that studying while being exposed to the aroma of
certain essential oils help students remember the material better,
especially if they again can smell the oil when taking a test. (For
example, put an essential oil on a cotton ball near where you are
studying, then take a tissue or cotton ball with the oil on it, put
it in a small plastic bag, and take it out and rub it on the nape of
the neck, temples, or on the sleeve when you go to take a test.)
You want to use a different oil for each subject for best results.

Rosemary is said to help memory enhancement.

When you have a project and you need a little help, remember, put
Sweet Orange on the right foot to stimulate the right side of the
brain, and then put Lemon on the left foot to help stimulate the
left side of the brain. With both sides working you have creative
logic! What more can you ask for? Give it a try and see how it
works for you.

Peppermint is used to energize a sluggish body and promote mental
clarity.
