Wow! What happened to last week? I just checked my
notes (so I didn't repeat an oil) and discovered I
never did an oil last week. So sorry!

Anyway, this week's oil is one I've heard a lot of
raves about this past week. It is the Fysical Thera P
blend. It's just a good ouch oil. I use it to loosen
up all those sore muscles after shoveling snow (and
shoveling snow, and shoveling snow!). The last big
storm that I shoveled snow 2-3 times a day for several
days I quit putting it on and just started adding it
to the tub to soak my whole body in the oil. Oh, just
lovely!

Here's what happened to me the other evening:

Lots of snow, melting snow, then freezing, then more
snow - a combination for disaster. I slipped and went
down hard the other evening in a dark parking lot on
asphalt. I exited my car, took a step or two, and
bang, an explosion on the back of my head. When I
came to my whits, I thought to roll over against my
car because the parking lot was dark and people were
arriving to park. I was afraid someone would run
right over me and not even see me on the ground.

I pulled myself up; grabbing my head to make sure it
was all there and together, and slowly walked into the
building. I sat down and immediately pulled out my
Fysical Thera P and dumped it on the back of my neck,
which was now throbbing. The neck pain, to my
surprise, completely disappeared.

I then felt my head and the growing goose egg
(accurate description) which was quite bad. I grabbed
my Peppermint oil, dumping it and gently rubbed it in
- I did that twice in the next little while, and then
did the same with Lavender. I figured the Peppermint
would help with the pain and the Lavender with the
swelling.

The next morning, the goose egg was gone, but "ouch"
to the touch. I decided to visit my wonderful
chiropractor because I was sure there was lots of
jarring to this body from that fall.
