This week's Favorite Oil is Le Deliverance by
Butterfly Express. You may already be familiar with
using this oil to avoid coughs and colds, but have you
used it to clean with, or to deal with bugs? This
past week I added about 1/3 of a bottle of Deliverance
to a 20 oz spray bottle of water. I shook this
mixture up and then used it to spray down my shower.
Why? Because I have a little bit of mold growing
along where it's caulked and I'm getting ready to
recaulk it. I don't want to have live mold in there,
so I want to kill it. (Makes the shower clean too!).
Warning, it was very stout in the bathroom, I opened
the window and ran a fan. If you're going to use this
a cleaning solution, you don't need it quite so
concentrated, but I was out to kill.

Now, after I was done with the shower I took what
remained in my bottle outside with me. I had been
reading on the internet about Box Elder Bugs. It said
that before it turned cold you needed to go out on a
warm day (when the bugs were all out sunning) and
caulk up their holes so they couldn't get in the house
when it turned cold. It also said not to caulk them
in, or they'd just turn up inside your house. Well,
as we all know, the weather folk aren't always right
and the day wasn't as warm as I had hoped for and I
wanted to get this done before it got any colder. So,
I sprayed some of my Deliverance solution into the
cracks I wanted to caulk up. Holy cow! They came out
in hordes! I spent a good hour outside killing bugs
that the Deliverance was driving out of these cracks
in the house (even drove out wasps and spiders!)

Le Deliverance is on sale through October for 15% off.
Regular price is $17.00, sale is $14.45

Note, your newsletters will be out soon, we're just
waiting to find out if we'll be at a show so we can
let you know to stop by, should have them out
tomorrow.
