I've got to tell you, this favorite oil of the week
thing is a hoot. I try to pay attention during the
week to what oils I'm using and why. I'm having way
too much fun trying to narrow this down to one oil per
week.

This week I've got to go with Geranium. Not the
lovely, beautiful smelling Rose Geranium. The plain
jane Geranium. The weather's turned a little chilly
and the bugs want to come in where it's warm. Well,
they don't really want to come in my house, we use
oils all the time and have two house cats who think
bugs are the greatest toys. We also have dino dirt
all around the foundation to keep the bugs out.
However, those dang garden spiders keep showing up!
(Why do they call them garden spiders, anyway. I
never see them out in the garden.) Well, I got sick
of them three days ago (I was killing at least one a
day in the house and they're big!) So, I grabbed a
bottle of geranium, it's supposed to repel bugs. I
took the bottle and went all around the outside of the
house, I sprinkled it all around the foundation (a
side note, it did not use up the whole bottle, but
came close, depends upon the size of your house and
how sprinkle happy you get). In the last three days I
have only killed one garden spider! YAY! So, my
favorite oil this week is Geranium!
