This is a support group for people who have had or are scheduled to have a complete or partial gastrectomy, removal of the stomach. Caretakers of gastrectomy patients are of course welcome as well. There are many reasons why someone would need to have a partial or total gastrectomy, but the symptoms, side effects, and lifestyle changes afterwards remain the same for everyone. We are here to support each other through this journey, share experiences, share information, and learn from each other. It is important to remember that we are all individuals and therefore respect and courtesy for each others opinions and feelings is important. So please join in, introduce yourself and let's get to know each other!
