hi everyone i'm kareem and i've had anxiety/panic attacks for about 5
years now, i wanted to move on with my life and live again, but it
seems that everytime i'm in social situations the negative thought n
misbelief " people are looking at me and judging me" runs through my
mind then i get anxious n panicky and just leave the situation i'm in,
I developed this misbelief when i would panic in social situations and
didn't want people to look at me and judge me, and think i was weak or
crazy. Does anybody know the positive counterstatement or an positive
affirmation for "people are looking at me and judging me" plzz if
anybody knows your help is greatly needed, thnx
