Hi everyone. There is a very important issue with regards
to taking benzodiazepines that many people are not aware
of, or at least not aware of what a big problem it is.
When you first started taking benzodiazepines ie.
Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan, Restoril, etc., you were
probably told that it could be addictive and that it
could be difficult to stop using it. The truth is most
people who try to withdraw from benzodiazepines take
about 6 - 18 months to withdraw from these drugs and it
is often a very painful process. Some people are able to
withdraw from these drugs with out too much trouble, but
these people are definitely in the minority. A small
percentage of people take years to recover and their
lives are turned into a living hell.
Their is something wrong with a drug that leaves people
incapacitated and in pain for months after its is
stopped. My belief is that all these artificial drugs are
not in harmony with our bodies and actually hurt us more
than help us.
Check out these sites to get an idea of what withdrawing
from benzos involves.

For anyone not on benzos all I can say is do yourself a
huge favor and avoid these drugs at all costs.
