Hi,

I am out of town visiting my family and things seem to be ok...I am not used
to having other people around in my living space as I havre a small apt. I find
there is too much going on and it is overwhelming me. My comfort level is
around 45. I go out of town to see my family about twice a year and they come
to see me but don't stay at my place.

How do others cope with going out of town to see family?
