Re: [Toronto_Social_Phobia_Support] Re: Reference for the Feeling Good Handbook

Hi all,

I can only second Denise's statement. I also was not at the meeting butwanted to
add the following which may or may not have been mentioned atthe meeting:

- Denise and Bob are actually referring to two different book by theauthor
Burns, David.
for clarification, check the link:
http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/search?keywords=feeling%20good&pageSize=10

Both are similar but the book on the right (yellow with title" FeelingGood - the
new mood therapy" ) is a newer edition and can be bought isavailable at Indigo
as a paper back for $10. The other one goes forabout $ 21.

If you are unsure if they are for you... they both are available fromthe toronto
library , or - if you are comfortable, you could skim-readthem at one of the
many Indigo book stores downtown:

Cheers
Boris

Hi,

Even though I was not at the meeting I agree with this posting about
"Feeling Good," by author D. Burns. I have read the book over a few
times. It is easy to glance at in sections and effective when applied.
