I can only second Denise's statement. I also was not at the meeting butwanted to
add the following which may or may not have been mentioned atthe meeting:
- Denise and Bob are actually referring to two different book by theauthor
Burns, David.

Both are similar but the book on the right (yellow with title" FeelingGood - the
new mood therapy" ) is a newer edition and can be bought isavailable at Indigo
as a paper back for $10. The other one goes forabout $ 21.
If you are unsure if they are for you... they both are available fromthe toronto
library , or - if you are comfortable, you could skim-readthem at one of the
many Indigo book stores downtown:
