Here are the details about the book I brought in to the group today:

Burns, David. The Feeling Good Handbook: Using the new mood therapy in
everyday life. New York: william Morrow, 1989.

A very practial and accessible book on using cognitive therapy to deal
with depression, phobias, and social anxiety.
