Hello everyone,
I am a 30yr old woman that has recently found out that my condition
has a name. Yes, I actually discovered by surfing on the Internet
that I have a disorder called, 'social phobia' or 'social anxiety'.

I have been so happy to know that I am not the only one suffering
from this disorder. You start thinking that you must be crazy.

I noticed your group meets on Sundays and I will try my very best to
get involved.

I hope to meet everyone and hear all of your experiences.

Hopefully one day we can all get well.
