Hi everybody.
I'm not sure what to say. I think I have a moderate form of social
phobia. My heart races wheni have to make a phone call,even if its
just to make a doctors appointemnt. I'm a stay at home mom right now,
and I want to look for a job, but I'm so afraid to get a job that
deals with the public.
This has limited my life so much for as long as I can remember. I dont
know if there is help.
