I probably would feel uncomfortable going to the meetings so I'll hold
that off for now. My school does offer psychiatric services for
anxiety but I know I would feel weird going to them. I also have a
problem approaching treatment. If I try to seek help, I can already
imagine what they are going to say, and that makes me feel like it's
useless to go. Sometimes I tell myself I don't have these problems,
and they are reconfirmed most of the times as I do avoid social
situations.
