Stress is a part of daily life, but how much is healthy vs. hazardous?
Why is stress so prevalent, what are the warning signs to indicate
we've had too much, and how can we learn to cope? Panelists speak to
genetic aspects, preventative measures, the use of coping strategies
such as mindful meditation, and delve into the cultural ideas about
stress in society.
