Our group is for people suffering from shyness and social phobia to have a place on the net to discuss their problems and provide advice and support to each other. It serves people living in Greater Toronto area, although everybody, no matter where in the world, is welcome to join our list.

Our support group meets once a week on Saturdays at 4 pm for one hour. The website of our group is:

We meet at 36 Eglinton Ave. West, Suite 602. It is located at Mood Disorders Association of Ontario, 5 Minutes walk from Eglinton Subway Station.
