Description

We are a thyroid group, with an emphasis on support of the whole person, not the disease. Let's exchange ideas, knowledge and encouragement to succeed together, in spite of thyroid disease. Let's explore the obstacles to getting fit healthy. We absolutely DO NOT endorse or expect you to follow any one diet or way of eating. We are here to support each other no matter what weight loss method you have chosen. Let's Get Started!!

While we are an unmoderated group, because of spam, we do moderate all new members first post, so please bear with us Immediately upon approval of your first post, you are taken off of moderation. I am working on organizing an Indiana Thyroid Support Group have information on other state groups.
