Hi Amy,
Well, I'm a (lacto) vegetarian and have an egroup on hashimoto's that
includes all sorts of alternative healing concepts, like going gluten
free, herbs and Ayurvedic medicine (is about rebalancing the body), as
well as vits/minerals/aminos, lowering antibody levels, etc Not sure
if its what you're looking for, but thats my two cents. ha
