Hello to all!

I am alive…lol! Still very sore and sitting and trying to read makes
me dizzy. Surgery only took two hours rather then three! I had a
very large goiter that was growing inwards compressing my vocal cords
and esophagus along with the 4 cm mass that was growing out over my
trachea. Other then the small nodule on my left lobe nothing came
back cancerous…it all came back Hashimoto's. Which means NO
Chemo!!! All my blood work cam back good, which means no problems
with my calcium levels. I had to be tested every three hours so I
look like a druggie. My hands and arms are so bruised from the Iv
and blood work. I was able to eat a back potato the night of surgery
and actually swallow it…it has been so long since I could do that!
It was AWESOME! Tuesday was a rough day for me…I could not keep any
pain meds down and I spent 12 hours throwing up…so just had surgery
on my throat, I am now throwing up and NO pain meds…thought I was
going to die…they had released me at 11am and they where ready to put
me back in the hospital at 6pm. I was able to take some IBprophine
and sleep for a few hours. I continued to be sick tell around 9pm…
but slept through the night and by Wednesday morning I felt a little
more myself. I am very slow moving and still have people helping me
through the day with day care kids today and tomorrow. My neck is
really stiff and I am very dizzy…each day I feel a little bit better
though! I have the stitches out on Monday and then need to take an
easy for the rest of that week. I am all ready on meds so I think I
am doing good with not crashing. Thank you to all of you for your
thoughts and prayers! I pray now I can live a normal life!!!
