When my TSH lab results came back at 0.01, my endocronogist said my
thyroid had to be removed or killed and did I want a scan first or did
I just want the procedure? I will not have my thyroid removed or
zapped, but I said OK to the scan and uptake. Does this seem to make
sense?

When I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I talked to a surgeon and my on doctor and they both gave me my options. One was do nothing and go on meds....
