Hi Dianne,

I'm on Levoxyl too, it takes at least 6 weeks for the drug to settle
into your system. If you do not feel any difference after 6 weeks then
go back to your doctor.

Even when you change doses you have to give the new dose 6 weeks to
work before you can determine if the new dose does you any good or not.
