Hi,

That is so true, Doctor's don't realize that we know our bodies, we know when
we aren't feeling good. Especially when we have had this disease for years. I am
so glad I found this group, I know no one else who can sympathize with these
sucky symptoms we have to endure.

I never realized there were so many side effects since my thyroid has been out
of control since last September. I started out with Hoshimotos undiagnosed for
6 years, every time I went to the Doctor's and emergency room they tested me for
Hypothyroidism, the test came back negative, they kept telling me there was
nothing wrong, I was beginning to be believe I was a hypochondriac. Had my
thyroid removed in 1996 I've had hypothyroidism ever since.Until September of
last year my thyroid has been great. I counted out of 50 symptoms have 28. I was
shocked to find out that your thyroid can cause so much havoc on your body.
