A virus has been passed to our computers.  As your contact is in our address book, you may have received this virus from me as well.  Please see the instructions below to delete and pass on to your contacts.  The virus (called jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee or F-secure or VET anti-virus systems.  The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the system.  It's sent automatically by messenger and by the address book whether or not you send e-mails to your contacts. Here's how to check for the virus and how to get rid of it.

Here's how to check for the virus and how to get rid of it.
YOU MUST DO THIS:
1.  Go to START (bottom left hand corner), find the search option
2.  In the Files/Folders option, write the name jdbgmgr.exe
3.  Be sure to search your C: drive and any other drives you might have.
4  Click "find"now
5.  The virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe.  DO NOT OPEN IT!!!!!!
6.  Go to edit, choose "select all" to highlight the file without opening it.
7.  Now go to file and select "delete".  It will go to the recycle bin.
8  Go to the recycle bin and delete file from there as well.
9.  IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS YOU MUST CONTACT ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK SO THEY CAN ERADICATE IT IN THEIR OWN COMPUTERS.

I'm sorry about this.  I'm sure everyone in the address book will have it.

While this yahoo group is "officially" closed - I was thankful that
I still had a way to write you all (see sometimes its good to
procrastinate).

The new website http://www.anewbeginnings.com is having some issues
today that we did not expect - we are installing new software that
will (God willing) allow us to have a dynamic chat room with all the
features we have been looking for. This chat room is written in a
programing language I am not overly familiar with, and we are having
some dificulties with it - the result is the website is not working
currently.

Please pray that God will direct our actions - and that this
instillation can happen and that the rest of the site will be
restored quickly! I appoligize for any inconvience this site being
down is causing anyone. If this "down time" lasts beyond today, I
will try posting here an update.

I apprecaite your prayers.

Take My Son

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art. When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier.  The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands. He said, "Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art."  The young man held out this package. "I know this isn't much. I'm not re! ally a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this."

The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears.

He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It's a gift."

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings. Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel. "We will start the bidding with this picture of the son. Who will bid for this picture?"

There was silence.

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one."

But the auctioneer persisted. "Will someone bid for this painting? Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?"

Another voice shouted angrily. "We didn't come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Goghs, the Rembrandts. Get on with the real bids!"

But still the auctioneer continued. "The son! The son! Who'll take the  son? "

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son. "I'll give $10 for the painting."  Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

"We have $10, who will bid $20?"

"Give it to him for $10. Let's see the masters."

"$10 is the bid, won't someone bid $20?"

The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't wan! t the picture of the son.  They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel. "Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!"

A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with the collection!"

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is over."

"What about the paintings?"

"I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned.  Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

The man who took the son gets everything!"

God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on a cruel cross. Much like the auctioneer, His message today is: "The son, the son, who'll take the  son?"
Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything.

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO SO EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE... THAT'S LOVE

Bridget,
I dont know of any other yahoo groups specific to thin within. :0(

What I can offer is that if you click on the Thin Within forum on our
new site, there is a way that it will let you know when somone has
posted to that specific forum, then you just have to click the link
in your email to go right to that post.

Give it a try?

Unfortunetly, this will be closing on Jan 1st. The best I can offer
with the new site is there is an option to recieve email when
someone posts in reply to your post, or to watch a specific forum
for posts, it will let you know when new posts are there.

I hate to loose anyone becuase of the change....do me a favor, try
the new one for the next few weeks....email me any thoughts.

Hey Terese, and others still in Yahoo....

go to www.anewbeginnings.com click on the link to Message
Board/Forums  then you will need to register.

Simply click on register, and fill in the information, it then sends
you an immidiate email and you have to click on their link to
activate your account - its rather painless.

On the message board, under the first catagory is a full tutorial if
you need any help.  Also there is a FAQ section there.

You can always email me if you need help.

Hey Jean,
The main reason was all the anoying "diet" adds and other adds that
keep poping up on the screen that I have no control over. This has
been something we have been looking into doing for over a year now.

A few weeks back I stumbled accross a way that I could afford to do,
and jumped at the opportunity. It is now a message board that I
own, it is not subject to anyones advertisments or demands.

The other great benifit for me is that it has allowed me to expand
my ministry and consolidate at the same time. There are numerous
forums there, and it has much more of a community feel to it.

It is truly an answer to prayer!

Please go and take a visit and see for yourself the benifits of this
new home at www.anewbeginnings.com

God bless.

Hey Terese, and others still in Yahoo....

go to www.anewbeginnings.com click on the link to Message

Simply click on register, and fill in the information, it then sends
you an immidiate email and you have to click on their link to
activate your account - its rather painless.

Hello,
I thaught I would stop by the yahoo group and see if anyone had
registered at the new TW support group location? It is so great, no
pop up adds and everyone seems so friendly. The boards are great and
very easy to use, I had the hang of it after just a few min. It also
has a great PM setting so that if you send someone a message and they
are at the site, they get it right then and there. This group has
been so great and supportive, I really hope to see everyone join
together at the new site for the much needed encouragemt. The address
is www.anewbeginnings.com it really is a good site, hope to see you
there.

God Bless,
Carrie
