Thanks Lundie! You are right in that carbs are turned into sugars and so is
alcohol after it is digested. I have noticed (for me personally) that when I
eat high carbs, I crave sugar! Even if it is just a rather large meal with no
sugar in it, I crave sugar about 20 minutes after eating it. It is
frustrating for me because I have a feeling it is going to take some major
discomfort to get rid of that reaction to food!
