I know you from Reversing Autism, and the
BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism lists.

As you probably noticed from the list archives of the
Therapeutic-Laser-Therapy list, I've posted some of Dr. Cowden's protocols
to this list, and we've briefly discussed them. They seem to work well for
Detoxing Allergies to Heavy Metals, Chemicals, Vaccines, etc.... His
protocol still involves vials, and therapy usually is performed while child
is sleeping, so that feet and hands can be done without much wiggling.

If your son's already on an organic diet, you are that much ahead of the
game.
Don't know if you've already initiated further improvement with using the
Lumbrokinase, Red and Green Clays and Bitter Orange. These, with the laser
treatments, and Homeopathic treatments have seen significant changes in
children.

Specific to your questions regarding the laser - Which Laser?

I have several of the regular red lasers, one green laser, a couple of the
Rainbow lite LED units which I use along with the Laser that I use, and I
have several of the LazrPulsr lasers. Lasers differ from LED's in that they
are Columnized, and more concentrated beam. I believe there are some files
in the Files pages of this list that might help you with learning more about
these medical grade lasers.

The only way I can comment is to only tell you my experience with the
devices I have. There are several other practitioners on this list who use
other lasers, and another manufacturer from Australia on this list as
well..... but as I said, I can only discuss the experiences I've had with
the ones I own.

The LazrPulsr is a Medical Grade laser with 2 to 4 diodes, depending on
which model you choose. It has many preprogrammed programs in it, as well
as easily being instantly custom programmable without having a USB cable or
any other method of computer program to program with. .... It simply is a
matter of hitting select, then changing the program number to one that is
Programmable (not preset with a loaded program), and then hitting the
LazrPulse button, which moves the curser around to each diode, and you punch
in the frequency you want - which can do several points to the right of the
decimal for DNA type frequencies, then push select again, and this sets the
frequency into that program. This is MUCH easier than some of the other
devices I've seen where you either have to send it back to the factory and
pay for other programs to be loaded, or, connected with computer program
which can load custom frequency programs into laser.

The LazrPulsr has a great range of settings that work with Cranial Nerves,
Muscles, Inflammation, ect, which is a lot of what is needed to help to
reassociate the nervous system. The Allergy setting is probably the program
I use the most, as most everyone has problems with allergic responses to
food, pollen, and even their own immune systems. Although this can take
longer to clear than what some doctors claim ( 1 Minute -You're done!), the
miraculous changes in the people who've used it that I've seen, has been
life changing. We haven't had to go back and "redo" treatment.

I have used the LazrPulsr in a Chiro seminar with a lady Chiro that I've
written about that they had worked on for 2 days, 3 times a day, and didn't
fix her numbness on her face, but in a few minutes using the LazrPulsr and
colored lights and a colored chart - her nerves regained their feeling. She
was so amazed!

So, Noone can claim instant healing with any one device, procedure, therapy,
etc.... it's a process of peeling layers off the onion.... but this laser
does more for the dollar than most of the other Medical lasers in it's class
that I've seen demonstrated.
Yes, it's more money than one you purchase at Office Depot, but that's not
apples to apples, and that one can't do what this one can as far as it's
range of benefits....

I hope to discuss this further with you and hope you find what works for
your needs and your budget.

Dear Group,

I appreciate being part of this group! I am the mother a a severely
autistic 13 year old
boy. He walks but has no balance, heavy drooler, diapers and seizures.
That said, I have made some progress in the past year with his overall
health being
stronger and much needed weight gain. (He had a feeding tube placement in
2006 at
39lbs and he weighs over 75 lbs today! We had a port a cath placement this
year and I am
able to give him intravenous hydration and other supplements! These have
both helped.)
Diet is completely organic. He does eat orally.
He was diagnosed w/lyme disease at age 3 and was on intravenous
antibiotics.

I am still in the process of reading past posts (working backwards I am
only at post 377,
so far) I found many so very interesting and most WAY over my head!

After putting out over $150,000.00 out of pocket to try and help my son,
with little
results, I am determined to purchase equipment and learn proper use to
treat him myself.

BUT which Laser vs LED do I want????

I have searched past posts for seizures, but only one came up about the cat
with seizures.
Were the seizures resolved with the laser treatment?

I see the cost of these lasers vary GREATLY, I will only be using this on
my son (and
possibly my family should I get good at it!) Cost is certainly a
factor....which one might
give me the most bang for my buck?

Here's what I think I have learned....one that does pulsing would be better
for the brain?
and I think the posts about Line vs Dot and LED vs. Laser awhille back
pertain to my
question...BUT I just couldn't wrap my brain around it all!


My primary focus will be the brain, I want to help get rid of the
seizures! I understand
that other parts of the body are greatly effected, too!

So, I am just looking for suggestions....A laser or LED that has settings
that a lay person
could understand, but that would have deep enough penetration for the brain
and
stimulation of various organs etc. that is cost effective.....
I also wanted to mention to the group, as this is hopefully helpful
information,

That my son was originally right handed, until he started having seizures at
11 mo of age.
The seizures begin in the left frontal lobe, which have affected the right
side of his entire
body. He can barely use his right hand and the leg is also not as strong.
He usually will start
off on his left foot for stairs, etc.
