Hi Nancy!

SCENAR is a BioFeedback device that emits low powered power and frequency
that charges and discharges the body's imbalances.

The laser radiates at a different level; the speed of light, but can vary in
the nanometers of wavelength variation between colors of the laser beam.
Light can also be a carrier of frequency, cycles per second, and pulse
these frequencies in synergistic ways that penetrate the body via meridians
......I have both, and use both, but use them differently.

I have a friend who fell 10' into an empty swimming pool, and really hurt
his ankle bad. He felt that the SCENAR did a great job in defusing the
inflammation and swelling, and infusing energy into the ankle. He used herbs
(BFC) with DMSO topically, and lasered with the Healing setting on the
ankle. His ankle healed very well, and he was happy with the results of
energetic medicine.

I'm rattling on.... This isn't my expertise.... There are several on this
list who know the technical parts of this much better and can probably
explain better....
