Interesting Tidbit regarding Diabetes   Message List

While reading my books on Diabetes and Homeopathy, I ran into a statement regarding that there is a major percentage of Head injuries just prior to, and resulting in - a fast developing Diabetic condition diagnosed immediately post head injury.

I'd never heard this before!  Sure enough, Google has brought up 8,910,000 for Diabetes + head injury hits.

I'm thinking that using the laser to treat the head injury, as well as "reassociating" the head's cranial nerves with the pancreas, the liver, and kidneys, we may be well able to see significant benefit.

I know that there's been a increase in the last 50 years or so in Diabetes I cases, which may have been caused in part by Forceps during birth.  Car accidents, and sports injuries as well as head injuries from falling can significantly be implicated in Diabetes II cases.  Look at the increase in the past 50 years in sports injuries, given our countries addition to sports in schools as well as professional leagues,  and the increase in traffic accidents, this makes sense.

Given my last post's revelation that "  I was reading a small book on this subject, in which they mention that in 1849, Claude  Bernard made a most important discovery; - he proved that Diabetes Mellitus can be artificially induced in animals by pricking the floor of the fourth ventricle of the brain."  this connection along with the Googled hit list - makes this an interesting link in finding a cure.

I know that I was involved in 2 severe car accidents, the first I actually broke the car window with my head, and then had a toxemic pregnancy which further damaged my liver.... all within about 18 months.  To me, looking back, this is significant.  I'd never before this past few weeks, considered my altered metabolism - a type of diabetes.  This is interesting!

I'd love some comments regarding this.  I sometimes feel like the lone ranger on these discoveries.

These are definitely interesting findings. The laser may help your head injury but I cannot imagine that it would move a jammed bone. More knowledgeable...

Thanks Harriette for your comments. I've done quite a bit of work on the cranial bones and muscles in the neck. From Scenar, I had lots of trouble on one...

I'm soooo behind on emails, Jennifer. I appreciate your feedback on this. I have never heard anyone describe craniosacral therapy as painful, although in the...
