Welcome to the group.
The question of which laser to buy is not where you
need to start, you need to first ask yourself what you
want the laser to do and how you want to use the laser
in your practice. All light therapy is not the same.
The differences would be, (Laser vs. LED) (collimated
vs non collimated) (infrared vs red vs violet,
wavelength of energy used) (low power, under 5mW vs
higher power 30mW and up) (use as an adjusting tool vs
another piece of PT equip)(pulsed vs continuous wave)
If pulsed, then determine the accuracy and range of
pulse frequencies you need. Each of these differences
in in the equipment have significant differences in
the effects on living tissue. There are also many
unknown effects that are still being researched. There
