The Long Hair Loom
Greetings dear friends!
Skeeter thought it would be fun to have another contest so she is donating some prizes for this!
1st Place will have their choice of: A- A blue velvet scrunchie with a 1/4 oz sample of body souffle or B- a 4 oz Glad container of souffle'. 2nd place will get the remaining prize.
Here's how the contest works! I have some new sticks I will be adding to the Loom. The sticks are made of exotic hardwoods, Corian and Aquapearl. All of the sticks are not straight! This allows the sticks to hold better in the hair, and besides that they are just too cool!
I have made up a couple of pair and will show one here. This is a small pair made up of Walnut wood and Jasper beads. The contest is to find a cute name for the style of sticks. Longlocks currently sales sticks like this and calls them Spiral Sticks, so I don't think we can really use that. Even if we decide not to use the names given in the contest, the best 2 names, as will be decided by the public, will be considered the winners!
The rules: email me at Fox@... with the name you think this style of stick should be called. We are not talking names like "Jasper's Dream" I mean a name for the style of the stick, like "Spiral sticks". The deadline will be next midnight on Thursday. I will then put up a votelet and we can vote on the names given. This way no one will know who gave what name and the voting will be based on name alone, not because of who picked it! You can go see a picture of the sticks here: http://tinyurl.com/69sae
