I am so happy to be part of this group, this community. The Allowance of Flow...fabulous name for a group! My page focuses on Fibromyalgia, a debilitating pain syndrome that so many are suffering with these days. I was able to heal myself from it after 10 years - many struggle without success. And "allowing the flow" as a concept was a big part of restoring wellness. Acupuncture, flowing of the energy of the body, was a critical component in the wellness plan. It really is all about a balance of mind, body, spirit and how we allow and create. I invite all members of this group to join Cure Fibromyalgia and share your thoughts and ideas related to wellness. I also have a group called Cure Fibromyalgia Gratitude Journal. Please join others in sharing your gratitude.
