Hi ___________, happy to have you here.

_____, if I may call you that (?), may I encourage you to have an understanding first of what causes the bloating.

Consider this scenario:

For various reasons (see book: the yeast connection; here are a few examples and there are many more in the book) such as having taken antibiotics at any time in your life, even if you were a child, eating food with preservatives, having taken cortisone, prednisone, having been pregnant, having  been on birth control pills, eating junk food, etc. - for various reasons, your immune system has been compromised, and your natural flora in your intestine have been diminished.  So the natural probiotics (good bacteria) are no longer protecting your intestine, and the yeast/ fungus has taken over...

Yeasts love food that are like white flour sugar etc.  So suppose you eat foods now that feed the yeast...a pasta meal, pizza, chips, sodas, even foods from health foods stores may have sugars in them... the yeast interacts with these foods, taking in the oxygen from your system, and releasing carbon dioxide and alcohol as by products.  It is this carbon dioxide which partially causes the bloating in your digestive tract.

Now if you are eating foods which are cooked, they are probably also devoid of enzymes to help you digest the foods.  So a good thing to start off with is a combination of enzymes and probiotics, plus antioxidants.  These three are included in the SYNERGY DEFENSE.

In addition, one ends up having many microbes (parasites) in the colon, as well as autointoxication in the body.  That means the cells of the body are toxic.

So it helps to do a cleanse for the body. This can be done with the EXPERIENCE, CLEAR AND HARMONY.  This is called the cleanse starter pak.

Due to malabsorbtion of food, often the body is malnourished and requires a full spectrum of daily vitamins.  These are contained in the DAILY COMPLETE.

Female Balance is when your hormones and other glands of all 7 chakras need balancing.

Pure Trim, although a weight loss product...is something that is often recommend because it makes people FEEL SO GOOD when they take it.  It seems to have some wonderful balancing qualities for the thyroid, which is a Master gland, and is the organ which is affected when we go into fight or flight.  When the thyroid is in balance, the emotions are "Everything works out right for me."  When out of balance, the emotions are, "Nothing works out right for me."  Pure Trim also has a digestive blend in it, so will also aid in the  bloating problem.

So, based on your ability to spend, I'd start with the SYNERGY DEFENSE and PURE TRIM and DAILY COMPLETE.  These will nourish your body.

Then I'd add in the cleanse - EXPERIENCE, CLEAR AND HARMONY.

You can see the ingredients in these products using this link:

One can always have oneself tested to check what the individual body requires, and if you'd like to work with me, I can test you using applied kinesiology over the phone.

If you'd like to know more about phone sessions with me, please let me know.

Warmly,
Dayu
