Using TLR or STLRH for Conflict Resolution
(TLR = Thanks, Love, Respect)
(STLRH = I’m Sorry. I Thank, Love, Respect and Honor you.)

Pick a
person you have recently had a conflict with. Now the idea is to heal both of
you and heal the energy of the conflict.
You will
work on both yourself and the other person, by proxy. You can either start
with your own emotions or their emotions, whichever is convenient for you (or
whichever is stronger).
Let’s say you start with the other person’s emotions first. So,
doing a proxy session for them will surprisingly help you to heal and help you
to understand the situation better.
- Start by proxy tapping (from their side): “I
don’t TLR you. “
- Now allow yourself to think of all their
gripes against you, say them one by one in daisy chain fashion….and
tap away!
- As you find their SUDS going down to zero or
almost zero, you will find their attitude towards you will shift.
- At this point, start tapping: “I TLR
you.” (or use STLRH: “I’m sorry. I thank, love, respect
and honor you.”) until you surrogately feel their energy towards you
has shifted at a cellular level….and they are truly sorry, and truly
thank, love, respect and honor you (from the viewpoint of their Higher Self,
at the very least).
Now do the same thing from your own side.
- Start by tapping (from your own side): “I
don’t TLR you. “
- Now allow yourself to think of all your
gripes against them, say them one by one in daisy chain fashion….and
tap away!
- As you find your SUDS going down to zero or
almost zero, you will find your attitude towards them will shift.
- At this point, start tapping: “I TLR
you.” (or use STLRH: “I’m sorry, I thank, love, respect
and honor you.”) until you can remember some wonderful things about
this person….and you truly allow the energy to shift within you at a
cellular level….you truly thank, love, respect and honor them.
- Imagine a better and new dynamic between
yourselves. What steps would you take to deal with the situation now? If you
feel any anxiety about these steps, then tap on them till your SUDS are
zero, and you feel at ease with a course of action that you feel at peace
with. If not, then think of another solution.
- Remember, in life, the solution is there before the problem ever arose….and my recent reading of Friendship with God
(from the conversations with God book series) is gently reminding me of
that…. J Also, sometimes it may help to relax a bit, give it some
time or sleep on it before you decide on a new course of action. J Sometimes the best course of action is to give it to God
and let it work itself out in its own way. J Listen to your inner wisdom. Your I Am Presence is full
of Love, Wisdom and Power. Allow that to be your Inner Guide.
- Embark upon your chosen steps.
Frequencies
of Sorry, Thanks, Love and Respect and Honoring are very healing, very soothing
and very calming…both for you and for the other person. Remember that
despite your and their negative emotions, in actual fact, each of us is a spark
of the Divine. Masaru Emoto’s work on water and its crystals shows us
how different a drop of water crystallized into a snowflake is that is imbued
with love, compared to one that is imbued with hate. You may feel you have not
had an effect on the other person by doing this work, but you may be surprised
at how the energy between you has shifted….and new dynamics are created
between you now.
J I have found it to be very
effective over the years and months that I have used it, and would like to hear
YOUR comments. Your personal feedback on this is welcome. I have found this to
be an amazing modality to use in situations when things between 2 people feel “stuck”,
or at times of great anger, resentment, conflict, etc.
